Struggling at the moment. Feeling a bit low and helpless. Nothing is giving me joy. Music, movies, football etc. My dogs are pretty much the only thing keeping me sane. No idea why I'm sharing. I guess because it's something I would encourage others to do. Plus I know this community is safe. ๐
