On Valentine's day I used to make chocolate truffles for my wife. She passed away & I still made them. This year I made them with my granddaughter. We used 80% bittersweet chocolate and cream from a local farm. The child thought they were too bitter. Bittersweet is what my life is now. Love U Janet.
Shit week for me. Having surgery on my ankle on Thursday, similar to Gvardiol. Have to go in today and tomorrow for tests. Won't be able to walk for roughly a month they tell me. Good news is I'll be able to walk, run and ride my bicycle again. #nervous
